Tami Wilson

Biographical Sketch
Tami Wilson, B.A. in Psychology (University of Connecticut), B.S. in Physiology & Neurobiology (University of Connecticut), and Ed.M. in Technology, Innovation, and Education (Harvard Graduate School of Education). Ms. Wilson is currently a Project Coordinator at the Charles Hamilton Houston Institute for Race and Justice at the Harvard Law School. As part of her work, she is exploring connections between education and the juvenile justice system; documenting racial disparities and the trajectory of the “school to prison pipeline” as it unfolds in various communities; and identifying research-based solutions for redirecting the pipeline that can be widely disseminated. Prior to this position, she worked as an educator at the Judge Connelly Youth Center in Massachusetts, a research assistant for the New England Family Study, conducted through the Harvard School of Public Health, and a case manager for “at-risk” youth through Catholic Charities in Connecticut.
