Mission
The Association of Harvard Latino Faculty and Staff is dedicated to articulating, supporting, and promoting the needs and goals of the Latino community at Harvard University.
Vision
The Association of Harvard Latino Faculty and Staff will establish itself as an influential channel of communication to address issues impacting the Latino community at Harvard.
Objectives
- Campus Diversity
Increase the presence of Latino faculty and staff at Harvard University.
- Achievements
Highlight the scholarly and administrative achievements of Latino faculty, staff, fellows, and students at Harvard University.
- Connections
Work with campus groups to help make Harvard resources more visible to Latinos within as well as outside of the Harvard community.
- Social Networking
Create opportunities for Latinos at Harvard to form connections in an informal setting.
Membership
Membership is open to all faculty, administrators, fellows, and staff employed by Harvard University and its affiliates; who support the mission of this Association. Becoming a member of the Association is free of charge and will include adding your name to our list serve.
