EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS

All Fellows participate in an education program. The education program is designed to enhance the fellows' skills in administration and planning as well as help them in self-assessment and career development. The education program includes skill seminars, group workshops, and lectures and case studies given by senior administrators and faculty members at the University on various aspects of leadership development. In addition, the seminar series also exposes fellows to the day-to-day administration of Harvard from the point of view of senior administrators as well as cultivate University-wide resources for information and professional contacts. The seminar series is structured to achieve four sets of learning goals: educational leadership, academic administration, career/professional development and personal growth/interpersonal effectiveness.
