| ADMINISTRATIVE FELLOWS
There are two groups of participants
in the Administrative Fellowship Program: Visiting and Resident Fellows
Visiting Fellows
Visiting Fellows are talented professionals drawn from
business, education, and the professions outside the
University, while Resident Fellows are minority
professionals currently working at Harvard who are
identified by their department and selected by the
Fellowship Program review committee to have the leadership
potential to advance to higher administrative positions.
Visiting Fellows are assigned to work in different
areas of the University depending on the present needs of
the schools or departments, as well as the participant's
career interests. As a result, the actual nature of each
Visiting Fellow's assignment varies year by year.
Resident Fellows
Resident
Fellows continue to work at their current position during
the fellowship year, but they are able to take advantage of
the various activities offered by the Program to aid their
professional growth.
Both potential visiting and resident fellows are reviewed and selected by the Fellowship Program review committee.
