HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Hotel rooms have been reserved at The DoubleTree Guest Suites located on 400 Soldiers Field Rd, Boston at $209 per night . To make a reservation, please call 1-800-222-TREE (8733). Please indicate that you are making reservations for the Harvard Fellowship Program. The deadline date to make a reservation is May 1st .
In addition, a special guest room rate of $179.00 per night is available at the Harvard Square Hotel located on 110 Mount Auburn Street, Cambridge. Please note that we are not holding a block of rooms, and your rate is based on availability. To make a reservation, please call the hotel directly at (617) 491-2222, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm and refer to the group name Administrative Fellowship Program or group code 129855 .
Should you need to cancel, many hotels will refund deposits if given sufficient notice. Please check your hotel's cancellation policy.
