Harvard University's AA/EEO Efforts

The office publishes annually a federally required report on the University's AA/EEO efforts including specific policies and programs of Harvard Schools and departments. The Office undertakes various internal and auditing and monitoring procedures to assure the successful implementation of the annual Affirmative Action Plan.

In addition, the Office also responds to requests from other educational institutions, organizations, and the general public concerning statistical data and the development and implementation of the University's AA/EEO policies and programs.
