Harvard University's AA/EEO Efforts

The office publishes annually a federally required report on the University's AA/EEO efforts including specific policies and programs of Harvard Schools and departments. The Office undertakes various internal and auditing and monitoring procedures to assure the successful implementation of the annual Affirmative Action Plan.

In addition, from time to time the Office conducts comparative surveys among Ivy League institutions and selected schools on the numbers of faculty and administrators. The Office also responds to requests from other educational institutions, organizations, and the general public concerning statistical data and the development and implementation of the University's AA/EEO policies and programs.
